Central Tilba (pop. 223) is another classic Old Highway One town. It's an extremely popular tourist destination and is home to the 1891 ABC Cheese Factory and numerous arts and crafts and period shops housed in the intact historic buildings in the main street. The Tilba Easter Festival over the Easter long weekend sees the local population multiply by 100 as thousands of visitors converge on Central Tilba for the festivities.
